Clubhouse Rules & Procedures

MADISON GREEN CLUBHOUSE USE & GUIDELINES

 Hours of Operation:
Monday – Thursday:  6:00 am – 9:00 pm
Friday – Sunday:        7:00 am – 8:00 pm

            Pool Hours:  Dawn – Dusk 

Attention: Gym, Basketball, and Tennis Courts will be closed 15 minutes before the Clubhouse closes.

  • New homeowners that have just purchased a home, will need to bring in their warranty deed and driver’s license to apply for an access ID card.  Only those on the warranty deed, significant other of the homeowner, dependent children 16 years or older living permanently in the home are eligible for resident cards. Please note that everyone 16 years of age and older will need a resident card to come in without supervision.  If your name is not on the warranty deed, the address on your driver’s license must reflect the Madison Green address. (No exceptions to this rule.) Dependent children 16 years or older that do not possess a driver’s license or have a different last name, will need to provide a birth certificate and student ID.   The first two cards are free, and each additional card can be obtained for $10, which must be paid with a check, money order, or credit card (credit cards are only accepted during office hours).  Cash payments are NOT accepted.  To apply for a resident card the resident must fill out a clubhouse access application form. All resident card applications must be signed by the homeowner at the clubhouse and approved by the MGMA Property Manager. Clubhouse cards are available during the office hours of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Access to the clubhouse will be DENIED to residents that do not present proper identification in the form of a resident ID card. If you forget or lose your card, you must check-in at the front desk with a photo ID and sign in. Each resident must scan their own ID card and carry their issued ID cards with them at all times when using the facilities. Residents are NOT allowed to use another family member’s card. Access will be denied to those residents whose Clubhouse privileges have been suspended.
  • All residents and guests must enter through the front of the clubhouse, not the side gate. The side gate is for exiting only.
  • An adult must supervise children under the age of 16 in all areas of the Clubhouse.
  • Each household is allowed only four guests (all guests over 16 are required to have a photo ID).
  • Residents must be over 18 to bring in guests. All guests over 16 years old must be accompanied by a resident and show a photo ID and sign in.
  • Residents are responsible for their guest(s) conduct and any injuries or damages incurred by their guest(s).
  • Proper attire must be worn at all times.  Offensive wear is unacceptable.
  • Anyone causing a disturbance will be required to leave the premises immediately.  Disturbances include, but are not limited to running, boisterous play, foul language, and refusal to comply with the rules.
  • Smoking, chewing tobacco and electronic cigarettes are not permitted on the clubhouse property.
  • No animals or pets are allowed anywhere on the premises with the exception of a licensed service animal.
  • No parking of vehicles or golf carts are allowed in front of the Clubhouse. Bicycles must be parked at the bike rack. Golf carts must be parked in the parking lot.
  • Overnight parking is not permitted. All vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
  • No alcohol of any kind is allowed on the premises.
  • Shirt and shoes must be worn at all times in the Clubhouse, basketball, tennis courts, and gym.
  • Tennis shoes are required to play on the basketball court, tennis court, and the gym. Crocs or sandals are not permitted.
  • Use of the Gym is reserved for residents only, no guests allowed. 
  • You must be 16 years or older to use the gym. Children between the ages of 14-15 may only use the gym under the direct supervision of an adult, with a ratio of no more than 1 adult: 2 children.  In addition, a “hold harmless” agreement must be signed by the parent or guardian directly supervising the 14-15-year-old.
  • Residents are required to use a disinfectant spray or wipe to sanitize the fitness center equipment after each use.
  • Residents must bring in a towel when they use the gym.
  • Cell phone usage (talking or texting) is not allowed while using the gym.
  • The rope in the pool must remain in place at all times. Please don’t disconnect or hang on the pool rope.
  • Pool hours are dawn to dusk during the weekdays. Summer weekend hours are dawn to 7:30 pm.
  • Everyone must shower before entering the pool and/or spa.
  • Footballs, Baseballs, Tennis balls, and basketballs are not permitted in the pool. The only exception is a standard-size beach ball.
  • Water guns are not permitted.
  • Pool floats are allowed if they are no more than 36”.
  • You must dry off before entering the Clubhouse. No wet bathing suits are allowed in the clubhouse except while using the restroom.
  • Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa.
  • No chewing gum, glass, or metal objects are allowed in the pool area.
  • Food and non-alcoholic drinks are only permitted in the outside designated dining area.
  • Residents and Guests must clean the dining area after each use.
  • No bicycles, tricycles, skates, scooters, or skateboards are allowed in the inside gated area.
  • Running in the pool area is prohibited.
  • No jumping, diving, or cannonballs are allowed in the pool.
  • No swimming is permitted during thunder or lightning storms.  In the event of heavy rain or a  lightning storm, you MUST evacuate the pool area and seek immediate cover.
  • During inclement weather, a staff member will ask you to leave the outside areas of the Clubhouse. If you hear thunder or see lightning, gather your belongings, and seek shelter immediately. Please listen to the directions from the staff member as we do this to ensure the safety of you, your family and guests.
  • Pool chairs must be covered with towels before use.
  • Adults in the “Adult Only” area of the pool must make room for residents that are swimming laps. Childern are not allowed in the lap lanes.
  • Children under the age of 4 years old MUST wear swimming diapers when in the pool.

 

Please follow these rules or you will be asked to leave.
