Temporary Hours are 9:00am-6:00pm daily

Dear Residents,
The Main Pool, Basketball Courts and Tennis Courts will be available for residents only starting Friday, May 22, 2020. The temporary hours for the Clubhouse are 9:00am-6:00pm Below is the link you can make your appointment time. You can only schedule appointments 2 days in advance.

If you having issues with the above link, go to your browser and type “”.

The following areas will remain closed until further notice. The Gym, Conference Room, Lanai, Playground, Kiddie Pool, Spa, Showers and Lockers.

To maintain social distancing and follow the CDC Guidelines, we will only be allowing 35 residents at the pool at a time. Lap swimming will be allowed for 2 lanes only.

Tennis and Basketball Courts
The tennis courts are open. Basketball courts are 1 player per net. Resident must make an appointment and bring their own basketball.
Each day we will have 2 staff members on shift. The 1st staff member will be checking residents in and monitoring the cameras at the front desk. The 2nd staff member will be outside monitoring the Pool, Basketball & Tennis Courts every 15 minutes. Both staff members will be disinfecting the facilities in between appointments.
The following temporary rules will apply based on the CDC guidelines:
• Residents are encouraged to wear a mask when you’re in the clubhouse.
• No Guests will be allowed
• Limit of 6 residents per family
• No Swim Lessons or Parties
• If you are ill, or have symptoms of illness, please do not use the facility until you have been symptom free for at least 72 hours.
• Residents must enter from the front door and exit from the back gate promptly to accommodate the next appointments that are scheduled.
• Entry by Appointment only. There will be a link on the MGMA website to schedule appointments.
• Appointments will be scheduled every 75 minutes. You will only be able to schedule your appointments 2 days in advance.
• Only 1 appt is allowed per household per day for each activity.
• Residents must check in at the front desk, must maintain 6 feet distance and bring your license.
• Residents must stay 6 feet apart on the pool deck. We will have tables with a sign on it on the deck specifying designated area for each family.
• We will have 3 Bathroom Stalls open including the Handicap stall.
• Showers and lockers will remain closed.
• Drinking Fountains closed.
• Pool Furniture has been removed to reduce the risk of transmission of or exposure to the COVID-19 Virus.
• Residents are permitted to bring their own chairs but must remove them when departing. We are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind.
• Residents should bring their own disinfectants, wipes, and sanitizers.
• Use social distancing, except immediate family members; groups should be spaced at least 6 feet apart.
Although these rules may be an inconvenience to our residents, we believe these measures are necessary to protect the residents and staff from Covid 19 exposure. We don’t have the manpower or supplies to disinfect pool furniture on a user by user basis, we believe it is the best option to reduce the chance of potential surface spreading the COVID-19 virus. We encourage you to bring your own chairs to the pool; however, you must remove them upon your departure.

We hope that all of our residents will follow the rules accordingly, and adhere to social distancing guidelines. As mentioned, we will monitor all available information regarding environmental conditions and changes related to the virus, as well as how our plan is working at the pools.

If we find social distancing is not working and overcrowding begins to take place, or new mandates are issued by the government, we will be forced to re-evaluate the procedures and potentially close the Clubhouse.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation during these challenging times of the new normal. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at 561-793-1715
